I have been associated with teaching for the last sixteen years. My teaching philosophy changed with time from teacher center to student center. Workshops in ‘Medical Education’ has not only changed my philosophy but also ignite my interest in the science of medical education. I have also attended workshops on curriculum development which have helped me in developing the ‘Table of Specification’ and ‘curriculum development’ for both under- and post-graduate. I have been appointed by the University of Karachi as convenor for the final year BDS examination for Prosthodontics. 

I also have the credit of establishing a post-graduate training center in Prosthodontics both at Fatima Jinnah Dental College and Aga Khan University Hospital. I strongly believe teaching and learning go side by side, therefore I promote “Learning together”, which means I and my learner are both learning and teaching each other.
